Dr. Miho Tanaka is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine injuries, and she’s served as a physician for many professional and semi-professional sports teams. Dr. Tanaka is also the founding director of the Women’s Sports Medicine Program at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH).
Dr. Miho Tanaka graduated with her undergraduate degree from Stanford University, then obtained her MD at New York Medical College. After getting her medical degree, Dr. Tanaka did her residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, which she followed up with a fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery.
