Carlene Thomas RDN is a registered dietitian nutritionist and cookbook author. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from James Madison University and completed her Dietetic Internship through Virginia Tech. Carlene is a former president of the Virginia Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and works as a health writer, recipe developer, and food and beverage visual content creator on national health and culinary campaigns.
