Narwan is a blogger and writer versed in product marketing, physical health, and sleep hygiene. With experience writing for a variety of different blogs, she joined the Each Night team to share the importance of better sleep with readers across the globe. She’s dedicated to understanding the science, research, and impact of sleep on our minds and bodies. 

Several topics Narwan has written about while at Each Night include, but are not limited to, foods to improve sleep, mattress buying guides, and the benefits of waking up early. When she’s not writing, she’s scouring through academic journals, science podcasts, and general news to understand the conclusions of new research and emerging trends in sleep. Narwan joined Each Night in 2020.

After studying at Portland State University from 2017 to 2019, Narwan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature.
