Kiera has helped train collegiate and high school athletes, individuals with chronic health issues and obesity, and has tested dozens of diet fads, fitness trends, and exercise equipment to figure out the optimal routines and habits for living a healthier life. She has spent the last 6 years dedicated to fitness, health, and wellness.

Education

Kiera studied physical training and effective coaching techniques before joining our writing team. Since then, she has added sleep coach training to her list of skills. She’s also interested in dietary research and seeks to cultivate a deeper understanding of how food, rest, and exercise are all interconnected.
